What makes Knickerbocker unique?

Many of these homes feature distinctive architectural elements like shingle-style roofs and verandas, while others incorporate design elements like Arts and Crafts style elements.

Where is Knickerbocker?

Knickerbocker is located in Northwest Austin, approximately 10 miles northwest of downtown Austin. The community is situated on the north side of Lake Buchanan and is bordered on the west by the city of Cedar Park. Lake Buchanan and the surrounding area is a natural draw for outdoor enthusiasts because of its proximity to several state parks, golf courses, and wildlife preserves.
